Signed an accounting firm on a $2,000 monthly retainer for client re-engagement and upsell.
Signed an accounting firm for $2k monthly retainer. ... Their staff are too busy to do follow-ups and sell more services, so we take that off their plate.
The question
Both ends are on this page, deliberately. The large results are real and rare. The two-to-five thousand a month retainers are far more common and are the honest picture of what a working ROYA business looks like. Where a member said “invoiced” or “run rate” rather than “collected”, we have kept their word.
Highly relatable

Three steps. This is the mechanism the posts above are all describing.
Every large number on this page started with a single test on a few hundred leads. One member's first trial was 96 leads.
The bigger results almost all come from doing more for a client who already trusts you — fresher leads, more androids, other parts of their business.
Several members here got their largest clients through a referral from a smaller one. One had three referrals handed to him in the meeting where he signed.
Across this library the common shapes are: a monthly retainer of roughly $200–$5,000, a per-appointment or per-booked-call fee of $25–$150, or a revenue share of 25–50%. Many members combine a small retainer with a back-end percentage.
Members do both. Retainers pay predictably and cover costs; revenue share is where the large numbers on this page come from. One member's advice, quoted from a conversation at a members' event: “get paid as soon as possible — it might feel like leaving money on the table but cash flow is king.”
Smaller than people expect. Members here have worked lists of 96, 138, 300 and 2,000 leads. Bigger databases raise the ceiling, not the odds of getting started.
No, and we would rather say so. The large results are a small minority of this library. The mid-sized retainers are the realistic picture. Read the disclaimer at the foot of the page.
