Questions people ask on this one
Does the workload stay manageable?
Honestly, not always at first. One member describes fourteen-hour days and having to queue demos by deal size during a growth spurt. The ones who stabilised did it by automating setup and hiring help — which is what the posts below show.
Do clients actually stay?
Some clearly do. One member reports 23 active retained clients nearly two years in. Another describes clients who became so attached to their bot that they refer to it by name in meetings. We do not have systematic retention data across the whole community, and we are not going to imply we do.
Can I run this alongside a job?
One member did exactly that for about a year, reaching a consistent $20,000 a month before resigning. Another describes doing it while moving house and preparing for a new baby.
What does fulfilment actually involve?
Based on the posts here: setting up the account and A2P registration, writing and testing the conversation, then monitoring and invoicing. One member described his ongoing involvement on one campaign as “spending a few minutes updating our sales tracker.”
